Twin long continuous American Oak commercial hand rails requiring level 300mm+ tail in/outs with small intricate cut angled joins with hidden fixings and the leading vertical posts and unsupported mitred joints requiring added strength as per architectural details.

Assembling matching wall and glass mounted brackets, carefully cutting skewed mitres, gluing together with blind fixings and not requiring any putty ready for clear coat finishes.

American Oak vertical & top of wall capping , with a square edged oak grab hand rail with hidden fixings and matching timber plugs to hide the face fixings.

Treloar Cresent, Hobsonville

Solid timber Oak treads installed using a laser and levels for accurate alignment of tread ends ready for glass balustrade. And a square profiled hand rail grooved for LED lighting and mitred and returned into the walls for the wire feed.

Westgate Drive, Westgate

This job was a 64 unit development comprising of mostly 3 story units and some 2 story units, totalling about 110 hand rails for the project, all installed on time and within the builders required programmed time frames with not a single defect or issue recorded. Large scale needs are not a problem.

Single handedly rigging and chain blocking the steel stringers into position, installing the timber tread and landings and then returning to fit the solid timber end of tread cover caps to hide the glass fixings.

Huia Road, Titirangi

Setting out and installing the canter levered steel tread supports, concrete drilling using heavy duty chemist to fix the bolts into the block wall. Then returning to fit the timber Walnut box treads hand rail and lastly the tread end caps to cover the glass fixings.

Waimarie Rd, Whenuapai

Solid timber Oak treads installed using a laser and levels for accurate alignment of tread ends ready for glass balustrade, then back to fit the timber covers and end caps to hide the glass fixings and also capping frame hand rail to the top edge of the glass all the way around.

Aragon Avenue, Glendowie

Light coloured American Ash solid timber stairs, with balustrades and screens. I used a 2 pack product to coat it all along with the timber hand rail installations.

Horoeka Avenue, Eden Valley

Solid timber Oak treads installed using a laser and levels for accurate alignment of tread ends ready for the welded steel balustrade, then attached with large heavy duty counter sunk Allen key bolts.

Shiloh Way, Greenhithe

Rigging of heavy duty steel stringer into place and chem-setting fixings, Then returning for the installation of the stained oak treads , hung stainless steel balustrade and hand rail.

American Ash Balustrade and floor to ceiling screens fixed off with matching timber plugs to hide fixings.

Custom stick built balustrades fitted with all insert pieces and angles. Cut onsite and also LED installation.
